Our goal at the Lisduff Adventure Farm website is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient, so we can get you on your way to our Santa Event as quickly as possible.

The following Term and Conditions and Purchase Policies are to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process for Lisduff Farm Santa Train tickets. The following are the rules or "Terms and Conditions" that govern use of the Lisduff Farm website.

By using or visiting this website (hereinafter "Site"), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site. Lisduff Adventure Farm, hereinafter "Lisduff" and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "Lisduff") reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. Please check this page of the website periodically.

Lisduff's Purchase Policy:

When you pay for your ticket booking online by credit or debit card, you will automatically receive an email by return to the email address you entered. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly.

• This email will give you details of your booking. Please check and ensure your details are
• You must bring your printed Ticket with you on the day of your event. Admittance will not be permitted without the Ticket.
• When you arrive at Lisduff, present your printed Ticket at the Check-in up to 30 minutes before your Santa Train ride is due to start and you will receive your Passes
• Keep your printed Ticket and Passes with you at all times as you may be asked for them during your Santa

Please remember, all purchases are subject to debit/credit card authorisation and billing address verification, which may take place after initial confirmation has been given. Tickets purchased on the Lisduff website may be subject to a non-refundable debit/credit card charge.

It is advised that you collect your admittance Passes a minimum of 30 minutes in advance of your chosen Santa event time. Regrettably Tickets and Passes cannot be posted out. If your chosen Santa event time is cancelled or rescheduled by Lisduff, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e- mail or letter with the contact details you provided at the time of booking.

Therefore it is very important that you give correct contact numbers when you are booking your tickets.

Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to or during the Santa events, however the availability and timing of these additional tickets may be outside the control of Lisduff.

For queries about a purchase you have made, please email [email protected], quoting the ticket information printed on your emailed paid ticket.

Cancellation Option:

If you wish to cancel or transfer your tickets to another date before Christmas, please email your request to [email protected]. Please note that you cannot claim a refund or transfer of part of your ticket i.e. only full transfers can be made for your full ticket.

Please state your ticket details, the name your tickets were booked under, your reason for cancelling or transferring and a daytime contact number.

You must email your request to [email protected] one week before the cancellation date and time stated on your ticket.

You can cancel your booking within seven days of booking your ticket online. If you submit a cancellation AFTER this date and time, you will NOT be entitled to any refund. If you submit a cancellation email you will receive a receipt of your email from [email protected] and you will be contacted within 10 working days of this receipt.

You will be offered an alternative date and time, if one is available.

Note: No refunds will be made for:

• Cancellations after seven dates of booking your ticket
• Cancellations must only be submitted to the email address ([email protected]) or they will be considered invalid and no refund will be

Young Passengers

For safety reasons, children must be supervised and under the control of responsible adults at all times. Unaccompanied minors under 16 years will not be allowed to participate in Lisduff's Santa event.

Passengers with Wheelchair requirements

Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair for their Santa Experience event must provide a suitable wheelchair themselves, which is compliant with all appropriate health and safety standards. They should notify Lisduff at [email protected] or by telephoning 0505 44961 to request additional support if needed at least 48 hours prior to your Santa event.

• Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission will not be possible under any circumstances after your ticket start time. The Train must leave on

• Tickets are sold subject to the Lisduff's Management right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange
• Lisduff operates a no smoking, drinking alcohol and prohibits the taking non prescription drugs
• The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited on the
